Delivery area

• Nationwide delivery through trusted carriers (GHN, GHTK, Viettel Post...)
• Inner-city Da Nang: express delivery / scheduled delivery on request

Delivery time

Area: Inner-city Da Nang (1 - 2 days), Central provinces (2 - 3 days), Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City & other provinces (3 - 5 days), remote areas and islands (5 - 7 days).

*Delivery times exclude Sundays, public holidays and Tet, and may change due to weather, natural disasters or unforeseen incidents at the carrier.

Shipping fee

• Free shipping on orders of 500,000 VND or more within Vietnam
• Orders below this amount: shipping is charged at the carrier's rates and shown in detail when you place the order

Checking your parcel on delivery

Please check the condition of the parcel (packaging, seal) before signing for it. If the parcel shows signs of being opened, torn or damaged, please refuse the delivery and contact Strata via our fanpage/Zalo right away for support.

Return conditions

Free returns or exchanges

• Manufacturing defects (stitching, zips, damaged accessories)
• Wrong model or wrong size compared with your order
• Items damaged in transit (with a report confirmed with the carrier)

Returns not accepted

• Items that have been used or washed, have odours or show damage caused by the user
• More than 7 days after receiving the order
• Sale/Outlet items (except manufacturing defects) — subject to the shop's current policy

• Errors on Strata's side (wrong item, defective product): Strata covers 100% of shipping both ways

• Refunds are made to the bank account you provided within 3 - 5 business days after a valid return is confirmed
